TWO STAGE PAINT CORRECTION For paintwork requiring a deeper level of correction. Our Two Stage Paint Correction is designed for vehicles with heavier swirl marks, scratches, oxidation and more noticeable paint defects that cannot be sufficiently addressed with a single-stage correction. The process combines an intensive cutting stage with a separate refining stage, allowing us to achieve a significantly higher level of defect removal while restoring exceptional clarity, depth and gloss. PAINT CORRECTION PROCESS • Full Decontamination Wash The vehicle receives a thorough exterior wash followed by chemical decontamination to remove tar, iron deposits and other road contamination. • Clay Bar Treatment The paintwork is carefully clay barred to remove embedded contaminants, leaving a completely clean and smooth surface ready for correction. • Paint Inspection The paintwork is carefully inspected to assess defects and determine the appropriate combination of compounds, pads and polishing techniques. • Stage One – Cutting The first machine polishing stage focuses on removing heavier swirl marks, scratches, oxidation and other visible paint defects. • Stage Two – Refinement A separate refining stage follows to remove any haze left from the cutting process while maximising clarity, depth and gloss. • Paint Protection Once correction is complete, a protective layer is applied to help preserve the freshly corrected finish.
